How do I read my WOW! billing statement?

You can access Explain My Bill in WOW!'s Online Account Manager. This tool lets you view your bill with one click! Get a personalized summary of your bill including comparisons to last month, charge explanations and tips to make sure you’re getting the very best rate.

Please note that your statement may include:

  • Partial charges: Your first month of service will be prorated from the date of installation to the end of the current billing cycle. Depending on when you were installed, you will be billed for the first partial month as well as one month in advance of all of your normal, monthly recurring charges. Changes made to your account during the previous month (say, adding an additional service) may also appear on your bill as a pro-rated charge. The difference between your old and new monthly rate is calculated to begin charging or to credit your account on the day the change was made.
  • One-time Charges: These may include installation charges or any in-home wiring work that was completed by one of our technicians. In addition, all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges will be included on your invoice.
