Yes, you have access to a summary of your bill online and the ability to view a PDF copy of your statement. To access this information, log in to My Account. If you do not have credentials to log in, click on the Register tab to get setup. Click on the Billing drop-down and select Statements. To access a PDF copy of your statement, click on the PDF Statement link.
If you have phone service with WOW!, you will be required to have an email on file 30 days before you will have access to a copy of your WOW! statement. Once your email has been on file for 30 days, you can have a verification email sent to complete the registration and access your statement. Click on the web address in the email and follow on-screen instructions to complete the extra layer of security verification.
