Carrier Service Fee

All WOW! customers in Auburn, Augusta, Charleston, Columbus GA, Dothan, Huntsville, Knoxville, Lawrence, Montgomery, Panama City, Pinellas and Valley who subscribe to WOW! Phone with WOW! Long Distance Service will be charged a monthly fee of $1.61. This monthly fee is called the Carrier Service Fee and will be reflected on your WOW! bill under the Fees and Surcharges section of the invoice. The Carrier Service Fee helps WOW! cover administrative expenses for national and local regulatory fees and programs, as well as connection and account servicing charges.
